Life support system

The Buziness center is equipped with a complex automatized life-support system. The microclimate in the premises, a regular temperature and humidity are provided by the autonomic ventilation and air conditioning system. The?independent heating system satisfies the requirements of European standards and provides heat supply. The electricity supply system with multilevel protection and the modern safety system are provided.

For the convenience of the owners of the floors there are 3 silent express lifts: two lifts have weight-carrying capacity of about 1000kg each and one lift has weight-carrying capacity of 400 kg.

Telecommunications

The building is equipped with fibre optics internet, digital telephone connection with unlimited number of telephone lines.

Ventilation and air conditioning

There is an autonomic ventilation and air conditioning system „DAIKIN” on every floor.

Fire-fighting

The building is equipped with a fire-alarm system, fire cocks, a fire warning system.

Parking

There is a parking lot for 177 cars.
