Life support system

The Shopping center is equipped with a complex automatized life-support system. The microclimate in the premises, a regular temperature and humidity are provided by the autonomic ventilation and air conditioning system. The independent gas heating system satisfies the requirements of European standards and provides heat supply. The electricity supply system with multilevel protection and the modern safety system are provided.

There are 4 lifts in the building:
• 2 passenger( lobby group);
• 2 cargo lifts (produced by firm "Pilawa" ( Poland).

Carrying capacity is 630 kg.;

Lift 3- cargo-passenger (for serving the restaurant).
Carrying capacity is 600 kg.;
The size of the lift mine is 1250х1320 mm.;
Height of rise – 23.2 m.;
Number of stops: 3.

Lift 4 – cargo (for transportation of industrial goods).
Carrying capacity is 3000 kg.;
The size of the lift mine is 3200х13400 mm.;
Height of rise – 23.2 m.;
Number of stops: 7.

Telecommunications

The building is equipped with fibre optics internet, digital telephone connection with unlimited number of telephone lines.

Ventilation and air conditioning

There is an autonomic ventilation and air conditioning system "DAIKIN" on every floor.

Fire-fighting

The building is equipped with a fire-alarm system, fire cocks, a fire warning system.

Parking

There is a parking for 177 cars together with a business center.
