Leasing conditions

The premises of Business-center "Dominant plaza" are leased under the contracts
of tenancy between the owner of the building (the premise) and the tenant.

Formations of the contracts begin on the 1-st of June 2008

Leasing conditions in business-center “ Dominant-plaza” since 1-st July 2008

Minimal leasing area - 100 sq. m.

Leasing premises price:

• 1-st floor - 30$/ sq. m. at the rate of NBU
• 2-8 floors - 20$/sq. m. at the rate of NBU
• Basement - 18$/sq.m. at the rate of NBU

In addition tenants must pay for the utilities such as

• 30,00 UAH/ sq.m. (in summer): water supply, conditioning, guidance, cleaning public premises;
• 40,00 UAH/sq.m. (in winter) : plus heating;
• Electricity price according to the measurements of the electricity supply meter;
• Phone lines without limitation, payments according to the bills;
• All leasing Premises have been repaired; the floor is covered with carpeting.
